McLaughlin and Cuomo Protest Cuts for Pre-K Education

A recent press conference with Assemblyman McLaughlin and Matilda Cuomo denounced the Governor’s budget cuts to pre-K and early childhood education. The Assemblyman and former NYS First Lady met with parents of the Matilda Raffa Cuomo First Step Early Childhood Center to lend support to their program which is dedicated to children with special needs from birth to five years of age and jeopardized by the budget cuts.
