Kweller Prep was founded by Frances Kweller, J.D., a lawyer, teacher, tutor, mentor and dreamer. Her company, Kweller Prep Advanced Tutoring & Educational Services, Inc. constantly seeks out top tutors from NYU and Columbia University, and provides the latest test prep materials available.

Frances Kweller graduated, cum laude, in 3 ½ years from New York University's Steinhardt School of Education. She was a merit scholarship recipient and active tour guide of the NYU Campus for prospective students and their families. She completed her Juris Doctorate Degree from Hofstra University School of Law and passed the New York State bar exam on her first try.

Frances Kweller's legal experience consists of working at Zhang and Associates, P.C., an immigration law firm in Midtown New York. While there, Ms. Kweller was responsible to help prospective Ph.D students from Asia enter the United States to attend top American Universities, based on their exceptional academic abilities. She filed NIW (National Interest Waiver) petitions for Asian candidates with "advanced degrees" or "exceptional abilities". She recalls her boss stating on Day 1 that, "With a great brain, anyone can enter the U.S." Ms. Kweller not only handled the legal work requirements to obtain a study visa, but edited all aspects of the prospective candidates' applications for top Ph.D programs throughout the country.

Frances Kweller speaks at high schools, colleges and law schools about the importance of time management and how to develop superior testing skills. She developed the Kweller Prep Method after ten years of working closely and carefully with students from all over the tri-state area; assisting them with all aspects of college and graduate school entrance exams and applications. Kweller Prep was created in Frances' vision; a sort of educational 'incubator' for smart, ambitious, and busy kids who seek to navigate the ever-so-convoluted college admissions process effectively and efficiently, despite the 'smog' of mis-information that surrounds them.
